First vice-president/Executive director

 

A. Minasyan was born on 27 March, 1970. From 1987 to 1988 served in the Military Forces  of the USSR. In 1993 graduated from Yerevan State Institute of Economics, Faculty of Economics and Social Planning and was granted the Diploma with distinction in Economics. In 2012 graduated from University of Political Science, Science Po, Paris, Faculty of Political Science and Governance with degree of Master in European Sport Governance. From 1992 to 1999 worked at FC Pyunik (Yerevan) in the positions of Chief Accountant, Vice-President and General Manager. From 1998 to 2003 held various executive positions in different industrial enterprises. From 2003 to present works at Football Federation of Armenia as Executive Director, and as 1st vice-president starting from February 2011. A. Minasyan was the Chairman of the Board of directors at “Armenian Development Bank”  OJSC. At the meantime he has been affiliated to different UEFA and FIFA committees: from 2005 is UEFA Delegate, from 2007 to 2009 was a member of the UEFA Players’ Status, Transfer, and Agents and Match Agents’ Committee, from 2008 is FIFA Commissioner, from 2009 is a member of the UEFA Youth and Amateur Football Committee and from 2015 is 3rd vice-president of the UEFA Youth and Amateur Football Committee.

 

Is married, has got a daughter and a son.
