Mika eliminates from Europa League
Second qualifying round of UEFA club competitions became the last for the Armenian clubs. On July 21, the last representative of Armenia left the European stage. Mika losing to Norwegian Valerenga with the score 0-1 in first leg match, also lost at home with the same score. The only goal was scored by Dos Santos at the 49th minute.

Referees from Armenia are appointed to serve AEK vs. Floriana match
Referees from Armenia at the head of Arman Amirkhanyan are appointed to serve Europa League second qualifying round second leg match between the teams of AEK, Cyprus and Floriana, Malta. Assistant referees are Zaven Hovhannisyan and Vanik Simonyan. Suren Baliyan appointed as fourth official. more »

Europa League. Valerenga-Mika 1:0
Mika played its first match of Europa League second qualifying round. The match at Ullevaal stadium in Oslo ended with 1-0 score prior to home team. The only goal was scored by Valerenga player Morten Berre on 68th minute. Second leg match will take place on July 21 in Yerevan, at Mika stadium. Kick-off time 15:00cet.

Champions League. Pyunik 0-4 Viktoria
Pyunik has started in UEFA Champions League second qualifying round. Armenia champion played with Viktoria from Plzen on July 14. Czech Republic best team overpowered Pyunik by all components of play and as a result scored four times.
Goals in this match started after a foul of Kamo Hovhannisyan. On 7th minute Pyunik defender lost the ball near his penalty area, the last came to Petrzela, who with strict pass found Marek Bakos. Forward’s head strike was brilliant and Karen Israelyan could not save the net.
