U-15: Armenia defeats Georgia, Uzbekistan crowned Development Cup champions

The Armenia U-15 national team (players born in 2011) has concluded its participation in the Development Cup tournament.

In their third and final match, Narek Davtyan’s side faced Georgia. The teams exchanged two goals each in regular time. Samvel Atasunts and Narek Avetisyan scored for Armenia, while Gabriel Imesashvili and Giorgi Ghumashvili replied for the opponents.

Armenia won the post-match penalty shootout 2-1. Our team finished in 2nd place in the standings with 5 points.

In the other match, Uzbekistan defeated Moldova 2-1 and became the Development Cup champion with 6 points.
