The draw for the Armenian Cup quarterfinals took place on November 20. The following matchups were formed:
Pyunik – Noah
Syunik – Andranik
Shirak – Ararat-Armenia
Ararat – Urartu
The first-mentioned teams will play the opening matches at home. The first legs will take place on March 3–5, and the return legs will be held from March 31 to April 3.
