The Autumn Season of the UEFA Playmakers Program Has Started in Armenia
The UEFA Playmakers program continues its journey in Armenia, where it has been implemented since 2021. Over this period, the program has played a significant role in promoting football among girls.
So far, more than 5,000 children have participated in the program, involving over 100 secondary schools and several football clubs.
The effectiveness of UEFA Playmakers is evident: at least 20 percent of the girls who have taken part in the program have chosen to continue their football journey by joining various clubs.
The training sessions are conducted by qualified coaches and physical education teachers, who undergo special training beforehand to ensure the high quality of the program and provide participants with a rewarding and enjoyable experience.
All this demonstrates that Playmakers not only gives girls the opportunity to take their first steps in football but also inspires their continued involvement in the world of sports.
