Lernayin Artsakh to compete in the VBET Armenian Premier League
On July 4, a regular meeting of the Executive Committee of the Football Federation of Armenia (FFA) was held.
During the session, the FFA Executive Committee members were presented with a letter from “Lernayin Artsakh” Football Club, in which the club submitted additional information and formally applied to participate in the VBET Armenian Premier League.
The club assured that it is ready to meet the requirements of Article 17 of the FFA Club Licensing Regulations (2021 edition). These requirements had previously been cited as the reason for the denial of a Premier League license by the FFA Licensing Committee in its April 1 meeting.
After thorough discussion, the FFA Executive Committee decided to grant Lernayin Artsakh FC permission to participate in the 2022/2023 season of the VBET Armenian Premier League.

With this decision, the 10 clubs set to participate in the upcoming season are: FC Pyunik, FC Ararat-Armenia, FC Alashkert, FC Ararat, FC Urartu, FC Noah, FC Van, BKMA Yerevan, FC Shirak, Lernayin Artsakh FC.
Season Details
The 2022/2023 season of the VBET Armenian Premier League will:
Start in late July
Be held in a 4-round format
The exact start date and the match schedule will be announced at a later date.
