Cyprus-Armenia. Post-match comments by Yeghishe Melikyan

Following the Nations League C2 Group match between Cyprus and Armenia, Armenia national team head coach Yeghishe Melikyan answered questions from journalists.

“It was very painful. We did not deserve to lose. I cannot remember a game where we started everything so well, then made the first mistake, followed by the second, and after that had to try to save the game. We had to do so at a time when our quality players were dealing with injuries,” said Yeghishe Melikyan.
