FFA official site continues the series of interview with Armenian national team players playing abroad about the spread of coronavirus and its affects. This time we spoke to Armenian National team and Enosis Neon Paralimni FC defender Hovhannes Hambardzumyan.
"Situation in Cyprus is very similar to the one in Armenia. There is no panic here. Everything is closed, except groceries, banks and pharmacies. The airport will be closed until April 1. From now on there will be special shopping hours for elder people. Cyprus First Division is postponed until April 30, and there is no certain decision what will happen after the deadline.
After recovering from injury, I have just resumed my trainings, most of which are at home. I miss Armenia so much. I was eager to join our national team for upcoming friendlies, see my teammates and friends, but coronavirus changed all the plans. We hope that everything will be fine soon".
