“I feel a great responsibility to get the opportunity to participate in “Women in Football Leadership Programme”. For me it’s a big honor to be the first representative in history of the Football Federation of Armenia that participated in such program. I’m happy that FFA gives an opportunity for women to be more active and to work more responsibly in organization of football. This program gave me the opportunity to strengthen my leadership abilities, become more skillful in management. By participating in this program I realized once again that Armenia goes forward with active steps towards equal opportunities for women and men. Women’s involvement in management sphere makes the organization’s work more comprehensive, increases productivity, and becomes one of the pledges to succeed. I know many women and girls who work for the benefit of Armenian football, I am going to do everything within my power for that women to become more demanded and appreciated”- said Amalya Grigoryan speaking with the official website of FFA.
