She Plays girls' football festival held in Yerevan

On June 14, SHE PLAYS 2025 girls' football festival took place at Freedom Square in Yerevan. The festival was organized by the Football Federation of Armenia with the support of FIFA and in collaboration with Streetball Armenia.

Girls competed in three age categories: U-12, U-15, and 16+. The U-12 participants were recruited by the FFA through its school championships, while the older age groups registered through an open sign-up process. The tournament was held in a 3 vs 3 format.

To make the day even more engaging for the younger girls, characters from the UEFA Playmakers program made a special appearance, helping the children connect more closely with football. For many, it was their first experience on the pitch.
