The first continuous training course of the UEFA coaching license has been completed, with more than 250 Armenian coaches and top-class European coaching specialists attending. The first speech was given by Michal Listkiewicz, Head of the Refereeing Division of FFA, who spoke about last year’s FIFA's updated rules of football, as well as the VAR - Video assistant referee system. Artur Azaryan, Head of the Football Department of FFA, noted that work has already begun in Armenia to install this system in Armenia. Pedro López, head coach of the Spanish women's U-20 team, spoke about the development trends of women's football. Jose Mourinho's long-time assistant, famous Spanish coach Aitor Caracana and Master of Team Management and Tactics Juan Jose Villian spoke about the integrated training process. UEFA Head of football education Frank Ludolf presented the UEFA Coaching Convention. At the end of the day the closing remarks were made by the Secretary General of FFA Armen Melikbekyan who emphasized the importance of holding such events in Armenia. Afterwards FFA Technical Director Gines Melendes handed out PRO licenses to 4 trainers attending the last training session of the FFA Coaching PRO License, who were present at the event.
