Armenia futsal national team records historic win at the European championship

The Armenia futsal national team marked its European Championship debut with a historic victory.

In the opening match of Group B, Ruben Nazaretyan’s side claimed a 2–1 comeback win over Ukraine.

Mikhran Dermendzhyan scored a brace for Armenia. He was also named the match MVP. Vladyslav Perviyeiev scored for Ukraine.

The team coached by Ruben Nazaretyan will play its next match on January 25, against the Czech Republic.
