Seminar-meeting with candidate clubs for licensing in the Armenian First League

On April 23, a seminar-meeting was held at the FFA office, organized by the FFA Licensing Department, with the participation of licensing representatives from candidate clubs for the Armenian First League Championship. The seminar was conducted by Vahan Berakchyan, Head of the FFA Licensing Department.

For participation in the licensing process of the Armenian First League 2025/2026 season, 10 clubs submitted applications: “SA Mika” NGO, “Nikarm FC” LLC, “Andranik FC” NGO, “Bentonit FC” NGO, “Lernayin Artsakh FC” LLC, “Olympia FC” NGO, “Sardarapat FC” NGO, “Ararati Araks FC” NGO, “Hayk FC” SA NGO, and “Dovegh FC” NGO.

Obtaining this license, subject to meeting the sporting criteria, will grant these clubs the right to participate in the Armenian First League Championship for the 2025/2026 season.

During the seminar-meeting, club representatives were introduced to all the changes that have taken place compared to the previous season concerning the licensing criteria. Based on the submitted documentation packages, on May 30 of this year, the FFA Club Licensing Committee will review the issue of awarding First League licenses to the candidate clubs.
