The coaches expert program continues. The 3rd module held

Within the framework of cooperation between the Football Federation of Armenia and the international company Double Pass, the Coaches Expert Program continues.

The 3rd module took place on January 14-15, bringing together coaches from Armenian clubs and academies. It was dedicated to the individual development of footballers, player profiling and assessment, and the formation of long-term development pathways.

Participants explored the specifics of various playing positions and roles, the distinction between potential and performance, as well as modern approaches to talent development.

During the first half of each day, theoretical sessions were conducted. In the second half, participants were divided into two groups, where interactive discussions and practical activities were held.

As part of the group work, coaches discussed the German and Portuguese models, exchanged experience, and jointly developed individual development plans as well as action plans based on the game model.
