FFA launches the next phase of physical education teachers’ training, introducing the updated D license course

The Football Federation of Armenia has launched the next phase of training for physical education teachers, introducing the updated D license course.


The 16-hour program is built around four key areas coach, player, environment, and game ensuring a comprehensive approach to teaching football.


As part of the course, physical education teachers become familiar, through practical sessions, with organizing mini-games, applying small-group game exercises, and effectively using various teaching formats. The aim of the program is to make football education in schools more interactive, inclusive, and development-oriented.


The 2026 training program has kicked off in the Ararat region, where teachers from 20 schools are participating. Visits to the Kotayk and Gegharkunik regions are also planned in the near future, expanding the program’s geographical reach.


Upon completion of the course, participants will receive certificates of participation and sports equipment.
