Pyunik Women secure a convincing victory over Urartu Women

The Armenian Women’s Premier League continues. In the central match of Matchday 6, Pyunik Women scored three unanswered goals away from home against Urartu Women.

Ani Karapetyan opened the scoring in the 10th minute. Marine Karapetyan doubled Pyunik’s lead in the 35th minute. In the second half, Urartu’s Mane Aslanyan scored an own goal.

With the victory, the team coached by Manuk Sargsyan increased its points tally to 12 and moved to the top of the standings on goal difference and other tiebreaking criteria.
