The first phase of Double Pass Sport Technical Leadership education program is completed
Football Federation of Armenia jointly with Double Pass sports organization is conducting a Sport Technical Leadership educational program for the first time in Armenia, the year-long first phase of which came to an end.
At the end of the first phase, for the fourth module, the representatives of the Double Pass company arrived in Armenia. Stig Meylemans noted, “From the first moment when we started negotiations with the Football Federation of Armenia, we understood that FFA has a clear vision. This was a good start for developing a long-term talent development strategy, and the main outcome of the first phase is that the participants' vision of how they approach sports technical leadership has been broadened."
During the next phase of the project, which will also last 1 year, experts will conduct audits in 17 participating Armenian clubs. The leader of the second stage Sander Van Praet mentioned 2 main goals, “"The first thing is to evaluate the work of the clubs. Second and the more important one is to guide and support clubs to create a better future for their players."
The start of the second phase of the project will not take long, the representatives of the Double Pass will return to Armenia at the end of November to continue the started work and move to the next phase of the project.
